Hotel Meeting Rooms: Te Puna Aroha Room

The Te Puna Aroha Room is a large meeting room with natural light and also features access to one of the hotel car parks, enabling easy access for trades and even access for a small car to the meeting room itself. It is a great room for large conferences and events, which can also be divided into two smaller meeting rooms (Take a look at the Totara Room). The room contains a ceiling data projector and ceiling hooks to easily enable the display of promotional materials.

• 300 people for a theatre-style presentation
• 300 people for a cocktail or networking function
• 90 people for a cabaret style function
• 150 people for a banquet dinner
• 50 people for a u-shape style meeting
